Your furniture will be delivered by a fully trained, two-person team who will install the furniture in a room of your choice and also take away any packaging for recycling.


Delivery Costs

All UK Mainland orders have a standard delivery charge of £60 for furniture and a delivery charge of £10 for lighting. Please call our sales team on 01629 700570 find out your delivery charge and to place an order for a non-UK Mainland delivery.

Please be aware that we define "UK Mainland" as "those parts of England, Scotland and Wales accessible without crossing water".

Orders of lighting will be delivered by courier except for when ordered with furniture when both will be delivered together by our own delivery team.

During busier periods lead times can be slightly longer than stated online, as this information is subject to change please do check back regularly.

Please note: We calculate lead times from the 'order date' which is the date on which payment is made. If paying by finance, this is the date of the deposit payment and in this case your lead time could be increased if there is a delay in returning the required paperwork to us.

Preparing For Delivery


    • Before your delivery it’s best to think about how your new furniture is going to fit into your space. Take into account the fixed features in your room such as doors, windows, light and plug sockets.
    • Measure the height and width of doorways or any windows the furniture may need to fit through. The clearance in hallways is also important, ensure there is enough room for the delivery team to manoeuvre.
    • The dimensions of each piece of furniture can be found on the product pages – use them as a reference to compare the dimensions of the room and the route your furniture you will have to take.

 On The Day of Delivery


  • Your order will be delivered by a van and delivery team from our sister company Indigo Furniture.
  • Please ensure the room is clear and ready for our delivery team to install your piece. 
  • Any access to the room such as hallways and porches also needs to be clear for our drivers to bring in your furniture.





    • Your order can be returned free of charge by notifying our delivery team at the time of delivery.
    • If for any reason you are unhappy with your order after delivery* please contact our sales team on 01629 700570 within 14 working days after the date you received your delivery to discuss your return options. Please visit our Terms and Conditions for further information.
