Delivery Costs

All UK Mainland orders have a standard delivery charge of £60 for furniture and a delivery charge of £10 for lighting. Please contact our sales team to find out your delivery charge and to place an order for a non-UK Mainland delivery.

Please be aware that we define "UK Mainland" as "those parts of England, Scotland and Wales accessible without crossing water".

During busier periods lead times can be slightly longer than stated online, as this information is subject to change please do check back regularly.

Please note: We calculate lead times from the 'order date' which is the date on which payment is made.



Delivery & Installation 

    • Castle & Gregory uses a reputable courier service that delivers nationwide.
    • Furniture is left with you in a safe, dry place.

    • Our dispatch team will be in contact with you about a delivery date.
    • 14 day returns.



Preparing For Delivery


    • Before your delivery it’s best to think about how your new furniture is going to fit into your space. Take into account the fixed features in your room such as doors, windows, light and plug sockets.
    • Measure the height and width of doorways or any windows the furniture may need to fit through. The clearance in hallways is also important, ensure there is enough room for the courier to manoeuvre.
    • The dimensions of each piece of furniture can be found on the product pages – use them as a reference to compare the dimensions of the room and the route you will take your furniture.

 On The Day of Delivery


  • Your order will be delivered by a courier.
  • Please ensure there is a clear space for your order to be placed;
  • Any access to your home such as paths or driveways need to be clear for the courier to carry your furniture.
